Chris was raised in Central Kentucky and attended the University of Kentucky College of Law, from which he graduated with honors in 1994. Chris then worked for a regional insurance defense firm in Western Kentucky before returning to Lexington in 1997. He has practiced law in Lexington, Kentucky since that time. Chris and Charles Arnold started the firm of Arnold & Miller, PLC in 2010 and he continues to litigate cases throughout the State and Federal Courts in Kentucky and across the country.
Chris has been recognized by his peers for numerous legal awards throughout the years, and for his continuing reputation of winning tough, high-profile cases on behalf of his clients. Chris is committed to providing high-quality legal representation to his clients in a variety of litigation matters.
In his spare time, Chris enjoys spending time with his young son, and playing music with his band, of which his wife is also a member.
Charles Arnold received his B.A. in Chemistry from the University of Kentucky in 1967, and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 1970. He has been admitted to the state bars of Kentucky, Missouri, Michigan and Texas. Following their work together on a high-profile civil rights case, he and Chris formed Arnold & Miller in 2010. As a former pilot, he also offers consultations and representation for members of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (“AOPA”).
Although recently retired, Charles remains “of-counsel” assisting with various cases at the firm and continues to offer consultations for AOPA members.
Emily is a Lexington native and a 2006 graduate of the University of Kentucky, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Family and Consumer Sciences, with a minor in Psychology. She began working for Charles Arnold in 2009, and later for both partners in 2010 when he and Chris Miller joined to form Arnold & Miller, PLC. In addition to her paralegal duties, she also manages the firm and its daily operations.
